Candle Casting, Figurine Casting

1. Insert candle wick in the centre of bottom part of mould and allow approx. 1" for top of candle.

2. Turn mould upright and use several rubberbands for tight closure. Note, the mould stands now on top of 1" wick allowance.

3. Pull wick through wickholder. Make sure wick is in the centre and pulled tight.

4. Ready to pour after the excess wick has been cut above the wickholder.

5. Pour the heated wax. The wax temperature should not exceed 165° Fahrenheit (75° Celsius) to avoid shrinkage while cooling.

6. Candle removing. Be certain the mould is completely cold before you remove the wickholder and the rubber bands. Now open mould and look at your creation.
